Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. All items are sold as-is and are photographed to show condition as accurately as possible. Please review images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damages or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, email info@glitterartbooks.com within 3 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the shipping box, packing materials, and item
• A brief description of the issue

We’ll evaluate and make it right where applicable.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and sale items are final sale.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. To exercise this right, contact info@glitterartbooks.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition received, with original packaging. Once inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. (This EU right does not apply to non-EU orders.)
